Include these five things in your diet to keep diabetes and BP under control.

Green mung dal comes at number three. Green mung bean helps in reducing bad cholesterol in the body. Lowering bad cholesterol reduces the risk of heart disease in the body. 

At number four comes oats. Oats are rich in manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, arsenic and zinc. Which keeps bad cholesterol and sugar under control. Eating oats keeps weight under control with plenty of energy.

Ragi comes at the fifth number. Ragi is an excellent source of magnesium and potassium, fiber and phytonutrients. The antioxidants in ragi are beneficial for diabetes and heart disease.
