•First of all you have to go to www.cibill.com.

•Here you will see the option "Get your cibil score".

• Enter your mobile number date of birth and e-mail id etc. details by selecting one of the active Prashant plans given here.

• Here you have to create password for login.

• Here select Income Tax ID as the ID type.

•Enter the PAN card number here and click on the verify option
