A stone rings like a fringe in a village.

The jhalrio stone that jingles like a jhalar has become the center of attraction in Babar's grocery store. This stone is located on a small hill in Kariana village of Babra taluka, which was then famous as Panchal region in the whole of Gujarat.

According to the people here, about 250 years ago, Lord Swaminarayan reached this hill while roaming and in the evening, during the twilight aarti, he started making a sound like stones hitting each other. From then till today, this place has become a symbol of faith for the devotees of Swaminarayan sect. The stone has religious significance as well as scientific significance.
