 With the launch of Chandrayaan-3, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) started the third Chandrayaan mission. The 642-tonne, 43.5-metre-tall rocket LVM3-M4 carrying Chandrayaan-3 lifted off from the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. Chandrayaan-3 has an indigenous propulsion module. It will take the lander and rover from injection orbit to 100 km in the lunar orbit. A special LVM3 launcher has been made for Chandrayaan-3. This will be the fourth operation flight of this rocket. After launch, Chandrayaan will travel for the next 42 days.



Prime Minister Narendra Modi has mentioned the importance of India's third lunar mission Chandrayaan-3. In a series of tweets, the Prime Minister said: "As far as India's space sector is concerned, July 14, 2023 will always be inscribed in golden letters. Our third lunar mission Chandrayaan-3 will begin its journey. This remarkable mission will carry forward the hopes and dreams of our nation."

After the historic achievement of Mission Chandrayaan 2, now ISRO has launched Mission Chandrayaan 3. Not only ISRO and the Government of India, but the entire public of India is very excited about Chandrayaan-3. At this time, the eyes of the whole world were focused on this important
