Symptoms of heat stroke and its risk:

Heat stroke is a serious problem, which can prove fatal if not treated in time. Heat stroke can also lead to multiple organ failure, in which many organs in the body fail at the same time. Due to which the condition of the patient may worsen. The risk of death due to heat stroke increases in hotter districts.

Recently, a 23-year-old girl in Rajasthan reached an AC office out of the sun and fainted within minutes. He was taken to the hospital and was diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage. Similarly, the temperature of a closed car standing in the sun can reach 60 to 70 degrees. Going from AC to a car in the sun poses a risk of heat stroke.


The situation is worse in Rajasthan:

In the last two days, more than 25 people have been admitted to the hospital due to heat stroke in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. This situation is due to heatwave in 26 districts of the state. Head of Medicine Department of SMS Hospital Dr. Sudhir Mehta says that the number of patients increases due to the heatwave. Children and the elderly should be treated specially. One should not go out of the house between 11 pm to 4 pm.


Symptoms of heat stroke:

dizziness

feeling weak

Vomiting-diarrhea

Severe headache


Tips to Avoid Heat Stroke:

Keep the car in the shade

Cover your mouth when going out

Do not go out between 12 pm and 4 pm

Keep the AC on for a while before getting into the car

Do not keep any flammable items in the vehicle
